That's why we invite you to read them before navigating and making your purchases. Bunkerprintlab.gr reserves the right to modify, renew or change its content, as well as the terms of use, whenever it deems necessary and without prior notice, except for its announcement in the online store. The use of this website must be done exclusively for legal purposes and in a way that does not impede its use by third parties, and the visitor / user is obliged to use it in accordance with the law, good manners and these terms and not performs acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction to it (website), or affect or endanger the provision of services by bunkerprintlab.gr through it. All material is the intellectual property of bunkerprintlab.gr and is available to visitors only for personal use. Any republishing, reproduction on any medium without prior written permission is not permitted. The unauthorized use automatically means imputation of responsibilities according to Law 2121/93 and the rules of international law that apply in Greece. Our online store displays for sale its products as they are and reserves the right to modify, renew, or even withdraw them without prior notice. At bunkerprintlab.gr a variety of products and combinations are available (items - colors - designs - numbers) in order to give you a wide range of options. Therefore, despite the fact that we take every possible measure for their availability, there is a case that a product that appears to be available, is not or is not at the delivery time we have set. In this case, if in your order there is one or some products that are not available, bunkerprintlab.gr will contact you to inform you about the shortage and to proceed with differentiation - change - and even cancellation.
2. Product ordering and consumer protection
Placing an order through bunkerprintlab.gr is the conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You have the possibility of concluding a valid order through our e-shop, if you are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (unless you have reached the age of eighteen and you are not in legal aid regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons. Each user-visitor is responsible for any purchases that will be made from his account. For this reason we recommend that you do not give your personal codes to third parties.
3. Purchase - Order
Bunkerprintlab.gr makes every effort to provide high quality services and products. However, it is not responsible for any errors in the prices or features and can not guarantee that there will be no downtime of the website. Please in case a product is available at an unusually low or high price before proceeding with the purchase, contact us and let us know. To place your order, use the "basket" to which you add the products of your choice. At any time during your browsing and selection of products for your purchases, you can see the content you have added to the cart. Clicking on the corresponding icons gives you the opportunity to modify your order by changing the quantity or completely removing a product from the cart. Once your order is completed correctly, you will receive a series of e-mails which will provide you with information on the progress of your order. The first e-mail you will receive will be for the summary of the order and indicates that we have just received your order in our system and we are processing it. The second e-mail you will receive will be about the completion and sending of your order. There will also be the tracking number of your shipment (tracking number), where you will be able to follow its progress. In case of problem or pending with the order you will be informed either by e-mail or by phone on the phones you have given us during your registration in our system. There is no way to deactivate these updates, the sending of which is a prerequisite for the proper progress of your order. We invite you to ensure that these emails can reach you and keep them throughout our transaction. It is your obligation, in case you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in accordance with the general terms governing our transactions, to inform us without delay. We also inform you that there may be slight differences in the colors that appear on your screen, as what appears to you may differ from screen to screen.
4. Product return
Bunkerprintlab.gr has an obligation to return and change its products if:
1. The product has been shipped in the wrong dimension,
2. The product has been sent with printing errors from our responsibility and not from a wrong design that has been sent to us.
3. The product has been shipped in the wrong color,
4. The product was shipped with obvious defect In case our products have reached you having one or all of the above reasons, we are committed to make a change and & to resend them without any charge within 5 working days.
Products can not be returned if:
1. The product you received is not in the right number & the reason is your wrong choice when buying & not the wrong dimension
2. You changed your mind and want it in another color
3. Finally you want another design (blouse - print).
4. You want to add another print. The reason is that all our products are printed with your order exclusively for you. Refunds are only possible if the product you ordered has not been printed.
5. Order cancellation
All our products are usually printed & shipped within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. In case you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you should contact us immediately by phone or e-mail before your order is printed. Otherwise the order is not canceled. 6. Order delay Due to the large number of products, sizes, designs and colors of products available on bunkerprintlab.gr and while we always take care to maintain a sufficient deposit, the receipt of your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
1.The product you selected has been removed and the supplier has not informed us in a timely manner. In this case we will contact you and suggest an alternative product that is immediately available,
2. Due to special conditions (local holiday, strike, emergency weather, etc.) immediate shipment is not possible,
3. In case it is impossible to contact you by phone or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. your details that you have entered are not properly updated.
7. Intellectual property rights
At Bunker Print Lab we fully respect and recognize the work of every artist or company. That is why we make a great effort to ensure that all the designs that are uploaded to our e-shop for sale, are used either with the consent of each artist or do not contain designs and copyrights of third parties. If you notice that any design is subject to the copyright of a third party & we use it without his consent, please let us know immediately at [email protected]. We ask or rather please remember this when uploading your own designs on bunkerprintlab.gr. We would like to make sure that all projects uploaded-submitted with your own designs or with your own original ideas do not infringe on the copyright of another. We would like you to help us maintain recognition in the work of each artist or company. It should be noted that stealing people's work and accepting it as your own is against the law: There are many international treaties related to intellectual property, but the laws are not uniform throughout the world. However, generally speaking:
COPYRIGHT protects the expression of an original idea recorded in a tangible form, such as works of art in the form of photographs or paintings and literary works in the form of poems or stories.
TRADEMARK protects the use of words, symbols, designs or logos that identify and distinguish a source of goods.
PUBLICITY RIGHTS protect a person's name, image and resemblance. This means that you can not use someone else's identity to your commercial advantage without their consent. Uploading a design and selecting that you accept the terms of use of our website, you declare that you are the copyright holder of the plan & that you fully undertake any legal claims. By uploading a design and choosing to accept the terms of use of our website you declare and guarantee to the Bunker Print Lab that you have all the necessary rights (for example, trademark, copyright, privacy rights, etc.) to use the text or design without infringing on the rights of any third party. The Bunker Print Lab may, in its sole discretion, refuse to print any design or text you submit. However, the Bunker Print Lab is not required to control the designs you upload. Finally, you agree to indemnify and release the Bunker Print Lab from any liability (including costs and attorneys' fees) for claims relating to the alleged or actual infringement of third party rights and any law relating to the use of the Website and its services.
8. Gathering information
Bunkerprintlab.gr designed its website so that its users can visit it without having to reveal their identity unless they wish. The visitors of our website are requested to provide us with their personal data only in case they want to order a product (s), to register on our website and / or to send an email to bunkerprintlab.gr
